PERMITS The cost of permits will be included in you quote when required.
DEPOSIT Bookings cannot be confirmed without a deposit. A $40 non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your booking with La Bella Picnics. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost. For any cancellations, excluding wet weather, the deposit is non-refundable. For the rescheduling of any picnic the deposit will carry across to the future booking and payment.
HIRE DURATION Setups are for up to 2 hours. If you arrive early or late for your picnic, your time will not be extended.
WET WEATHER In the case of wet weather, you may reschedule or move the setup indoors at a private residence when notice is given at least 2hrs before hire. If cancellation is due to wet weather the $40 deposit will be refunded. La Bella Picnics will not setup in wet weather.
DAMAGES If any hired items are lost or damaged during the course of hire, clients will be billed replacement costs accordingly. The hired items are under the supervision and responsibility of the client until collection. If the client needs to leave early they must please inform La Bella Picnics and allow a minimum of 30 minutes for collection. If the hired items are left unattended any damage or loss that incurs is the responsibility of the client.
INJURY Hired items are not to be moved once they are assembled in the location. Any injuries sustained during the hire is not the responsibility of La Bella Picnics.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION Alcohol consumption is prohibited in most public parks and it is the responsibility of the client to be aware of the appropriate laws for alcohol consumption in the public place they are occupying. Alcohol consumption or fines that occur due to alcohol consumption are not the responsibility of La Bella Picnics.
